funfair day.
zelig, gary, jinyong, khairul came to my house in the morning. did project. ate lunch. watched first half of slumdog millionaire. then we went off to bugis after dropping zelig off.
we met joel, sam, ham and subhat at bugis. joel has absouletely no sense of direction btw. iluma is freaking huge. although most of the shops werent open yet, it was crowded. and shockingly, the queue for the "internet booking" people was longer than the non-internet booking people! apparently 1/3 of the people are stupid and queued there, only to get turned down by the counter. LOSERS! movie was awesome. almost funfairish. so many girls at the car-funfair, wearing skimpy outfits and grinding their asses towards the camera. lots of action, muscle work and explosions. cars are awesome too. i'd recommend it for the notsofussy, average-cars-and-hotbabes-loving guy.
after movie we went to bugis street, hunting for nice clothes and pants. i was hunting for funfair bags. sadly can't find any there. so we went to heeren instead, to find some nice funfair bags. unfortunately, the only nice ones costed $59.90. kind of a rip off. so we had dinner, and went home. fun, yet unfruitful day.
i simply love public holidays. just not the homework that comes with it. fuck.
